I personally recommend Resistance Band Exercises for seniors. Resistance band exercises are widely used by a variety of health and fitness clubs - both for general strength and conditioning and rehabilitation or injury prevention. I prefer resistance excercises over regular weight because of its light weight and safety aspects.
Resistance band exercises are ideal for a home exercise programs , a cardiovascular system workout , as well as strengthening specific muscle groups. I will demonstrate a few workout techiques that I use for 10 to 15 minutes 3 days per week.
